A 'Spoon' Full of Kate's Chai Choc Chia Pudding
It's literally quite a mouthful! :) 

Perfect for a delicious breakfast or pre workout snack, eating healthy doesn't have to complicated or boring.  Why not try making it for yourself, recipe as featured on Spoon Cereals, below.....


1 Cup Almond Milk (or Oat milk)
1.5 tsp Honey 
1/2 tsp vanilla Powder
Chai Tea Bag 
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
To Serve:
1 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
Handful of Raspberries 
Dark Chocolate Spoon Cereal 

Simmer 1/2 cup water and a chai tea bag in a small saucepan for 5 minutes. 
Add in the milk, honey, vanilla powder. 
Return back to the hob and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. 
Strain out the tea bag and add in the chia seeds. Stir well to combine and set aside for 10-15 minutes but keep stirring every so often to break up any lumps. The chia seeds should swell up and absorb the liquid to make a pudding consistency.  
Add the mixture to 2 bowls and serve with a spoon of coconut yoghurt, a handful of raspberries and a sprinkling of Dark Chocolate Spoon Cereal.
